My name is Arabella Thomas and I'm excited you're here.

Just like a water lily rising from below the surface of murky waters, my journey has been one of resilience, enlightenment, and growth.  I've overcome some great challenges.  At one point I was balancing full time graduate school, a full time job, a part-time internship, and a family all at the same time.  Adding to that the stress of trying to help a family member with severe behavioral challenges led me to the ER after experiencing an intense panic attack.  I understand that perseverance paired with grace is essential in today's world.

At the LilyPad Social, I believe that even in murky waters, beauty can bloom.  My approach to social media management centers on my three core values: enlightenment, empathy, and grace.  Enlightenment will guide us to learn and adapt continuously, bringing new ideas and insights to your brand.  Empathy helps us connect on a real level with our audience/ customers which in turn allows us to create messages that will resonate with them in a deep level.  Grace ensures that we manage every aspect of your social media presence with thoughtfulness and professionalism.
